CTC is a digital marketing growth agency focusing on clients in the e-Commerce/DTC space. I joined the company as hire 47 and helped lead the charge in building out the people + talent functions for scalability and effectiveness, reaching 160 employees and moving from in-office to fully remote across 32+ states.
